Dr.Vignan

Growth-focused and innovative, Dr.Vignan is a talented, high-functioning leader who leverages over 15+ of industry experience. As the chief operating officer of Tarushi Healthcare, he is responsible for all operations, finance, warehouse operations, and IT functions. He has the unique ability to grasp the most complex issues and challenges, find sound solutions, and implement processes that continue to move the business forward. He is never happy with standing still and always looks for creative and innovative ways to grow and expand the business.

Dr.Vignan is a native of Hyderabad and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery from NTR University of Health Sciences. He began his professional career as a Dentist at his private dental clinic. Although His practice in Amanagal and Thukkuguda, he was recognized for his potential and leadership qualities. He began full-time as the Manager of Operations at Quality Citizens Super Speciality Hospitals, India. he worked in Central London, Colosseum Dental Group, UK, as a Dual Site Practice Manager.

Devika Reddy

Devika Reddy is a highly motivated quality control manager with 18+ years of experience inspecting Healthcare organizations for quality assurance. She has a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quality standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Devika Reddy possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills and is adept at using the latest technologies to ensure Oraganzation's quality as per NABH& NABL.

Devika Reddy received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospital and Health Care Management (HHCM) at Apollo Institute of Health Care Management (AIHCM), Hyderabad. She began his professional career as a Lecturer at Eashwaribai Memorial College of Nursing, Hyderabad. She started full-time as the Team Leader in Quality for NABH, NABL, and Operations at Geetha Multispecialty Hospital, Secunderabad. Devika Reddy worked as a QUALITY MANAGER (HOD), INFECTION CONTROL nurse, and IP OPERATIONS in various Healthcare centres in Hyderabad.
